What is FootyPuzz?

Two minutes a day.

FootyPuzz is a daily football quiz built for UK Premier League fans. One Mystery Player to crack in six guesses, plus a Daily Mix of ten questions across six formats.

Accuracy first.

Every fact is verified against at least two independent public sources, Wikidata and Wikipedia at launch. If sources disagree, the fact does not enter the quiz. The answer reveal links back to every source so you can check our working.

No signups, no trackers.

Your streak and past scores live on your device, not on a server. Privacy-respecting analytics only. No ads.

How a Mystery guess scores.

Each guess prints six clue chips: club, position, nation, age, shirt number, debut year.

  • Hit. Same value as the mystery player.
  • Close. Same continent, age within 2, shirt within 5, debut within 3.
  • Off. Wrong, with an arrow showing the direction for numbers.
